Chairman’s Message

I am pleased to share with you the current standing and future goals of Boyraz Group, which encompasses Tarımex İç ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş., Boyraz Yem Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., and Agromi Pelleting Plant Ukraine (Vinnitsa/Ukraine).
I stepped into commercial life as a taxpayer in 1976, when I was only 16 years old. This journey, which we embarked upon without fully realizing the challenges ahead, taught me the discipline, patience, and continuity required in trade. Initially, I operated in food wholesaling, and the experience gained over nearly 20 years in this sector laid the foundation for our future investments.
In 1996, we re-entered the agriculture and livestock sector—an industry and geography we were already familiar with—by establishing a feed factory in the Alaca district of Çorum through a partnership structure. We closely experienced the industry's evolution and transformation within this partnership until 2010.
In 2001, we established Tarımex İç ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. to begin raw material imports and organized our domestic raw material trade under a corporate structure. Thanks to our strategic steps and commitment to sustainable growth, we achieved our consolidated targets by the end of 2024. This success was certified by our inclusion in the 'TOBB Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies in Turkey' list.
To establish a permanent presence in raw material trade and further strengthen our supply chain, we expanded our operations to an international level by founding Agromi Pelleting Plant Ukraine in 2010. Through our facility in Ukraine and our purchasing office in Russia, we work tirelessly to provide high-quality, reliable, and competitive products to our livestock breeders and feed producers.
We view our logistical strength as an integral part of our business. By conducting shipments with our own vehicle fleet, we ensure speed and reliability; by managing import operations with our own vessels, we maintain direct control over our supply processes. This structure is one of the main pillars that allow us to fulfill our responsibilities to our customers completely.
In 2011, we entered the feed sector as a producer with the establishment of Boyraz Yem Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. We took great pride in launching our production facility, one of the region's most modern and robust plants, in 2013. Today, we proceed with determination as an organization that provides employment, generates added value, and contributes to the sector's development.
Across all our activities, we have adopted the principle of prioritizing human health, utilizing advanced technology, and maintaining a production philosophy aligned with our values. We aim to contribute even more to the agriculture and livestock sectors by expanding our investments in the future.
